Service Description
Spotliss offers a comprehensive regular cleaning service designed to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of your home on an ongoing basis. Available on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly schedule, our regular clean addresses the everyday surfaces and areas of your property that require consistent attention, allowing you to maintain a well-presented home without the burden of routine cleaning tasks Service inclusions: Kitchen Cleaning and sanitising of counter tops, tables, and work surfaces Wiping down the exterior of all appliances Washing dishes or loading the dishwasher (upon request) Sweeping and mopping of all kitchen flooring Bathroom Cleaning and disinfecting of the toilet, sink, and shower or bathtub Cleaning of mirrors and surrounding surfaces Mopping of bathroom flooring Living areas and bedrooms Dusting of all surfaces, shelving, and skirting boards Vacuuming of carpets and rugs Mopping of hard flooring Tidying and bed-making (upon request) Removal of household waste At Spotliss, we are committed to delivering a consistently high standard of service on every visit — because for us, cleaning is not just a task, but a commitment to perfection
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your standard home clean. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking cost. No-shows or lockouts on the day (e.g. no access to the property) may be charged the full amount. Access to the Property Please ensure your home is accessible at the agreed time — keys, entry codes, an alarm code if needed, or someone present to let the cleaner in. If access isn't available, this may be treated as a late cancellation. What's Included Standard cleans cover kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, dusting, vacuuming/mopping, and surface cleaning. Extras like inside ovens, inside fridges, or window cleaning may need to be requested and confirmed in advance. Recurring Bookings (if on a membership) If you're on a Premium Membership plan, the same 24 hours' notice applies to individual clean cancellations. Please refer to your membership terms for details on the minimum commitment period. Pets & Access Please let us know in advance if you have pets so we can plan accordingly. Cleaners are not responsible for pet supervision. Satisfaction Guarantee If you're unsatisfied with any part of the clean, let us know within 24 hours with details or photos, and we'll arrange for the issue to be addressed. Payment Payment is due upon booking / on completion of the clean, based on the property size and hours agreed at booking. Any significant extra mess beyond a standard clean may incur additional charges, agreed with you beforehand. Liability Our cleaners take great care and are insured , but please remove or secure any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before the clean.
