One-Off Clean

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your one-off clean. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking cost. No-shows or lockouts on the day (e.g. no access to the property) may be charged the full amount. Access to the Property Please ensure your home is accessible at the agreed time — keys, entry codes, an alarm code if needed, or someone present to let the cleaner in. If access isn't available, this may be treated as a late cancellation. What's Included A one-off clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, dusting, vacuuming/mopping, and surface cleaning. Extras like inside ovens, inside fridges, or window cleaning can be requested and confirmed at booking. Pricing One-off cleans are charged at our standard hourly rate, based on the property size and hours agreed at booking. Significant extra mess beyond a standard scope may incur additional charges, agreed with you beforehand. Pets & Access Please let us know in advance if you have pets so we can plan accordingly. Cleaners are not responsible for pet supervision. Satisfaction Guarantee If you're unsatisfied with any part of the clean, let us know within 24 hours with details or photos, and we'll arrange for the issue to be addressed. Payment Payment is due upon booking Liability Our cleaners take great care, but please remove or secure any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before the clean.
