Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your end of tenancy clean. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking cost. No-shows or lockouts on the day (e.g. no access to the property) may be charged the full amount. Access to the Property Please ensure the property is fully accessible at the agreed time — keys, entry codes, or someone present to let the cleaner in. If access isn't available, this may be treated as a late cancellation. Empty Property The property should be fully vacated and clear of personal belongings and furniture (unless otherwise agreed) before cleaning begins, so the team can clean every area thoroughly. Re-clean Guarantee If you or your letting agent/landlord are unsatisfied with any area, let us know within 48 hours of the clean with details or photos, and we'll arrange a free re-clean of the affected areas. What's Included Standard end of tenancy cleans cover kitchens, bathrooms, all rooms, skirting boards, doors and handles, and internal windows. Ovens, carpets, and external windows may be extra — please confirm with your booking. Utilities Please ensure electricity and water are connected and working on the day of the clean, as these are needed to carry out the service. Payment Payment is due upon booking / on completion of the clean (adjust to your terms). Prices are based on the property size and condition stated at booking; unexpected excessive mess may incur additional charges, agreed with you beforehand.
